What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded any archive of tweets.
2. Check the tweet IDs using Microsoft Excel (I'm not sure if this problem would be triggered if you opened the file using another program), for tweet IDs with 16 digits, the ones is always returned as "0" (i.e. 1315875940474880, 3032877612662780, 9090873706942460). For tweet IDs with 17 digits, the ones and hundreds are always returned as "0" (i.e. 12351606683078600, 27310035142975400, 34632733116342200).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, they're not supposed to be just 0s, right?
