What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Downloading "Your Tweets" and viewing in Excel What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Example 1: I expected: He's I see instead: He’s Example 2: I expected Kähler I see instead: Kähler I assumed that Twitter used unicode so downloading to Excel wouldn't be a problem?
