What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Under Settings / Date & time / Select date format, choose 2011/12/31, and
check "Use 24-hour format"
2. Observe that the article timestamps show up as "6/29/11 4:32 PM"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to see "2011/06/29 16:32" instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.02 (from Market)

Please provide any additional information below.
The locale setting does have an influence on the date format (I tried setting
it to German and French, and saw commonly used time formats for these locales
in TTRSS-Reader) - but the locale's default should be overridden by the Date &
time setting.
Also, having month/day/year for the English (UK) locale (as it is currently in
TTRSS-Reader) is not correct - Britons expect day/month/year.
