CocoaHTTPServer supports HTTPS. And it works on the iPhone:

CocoaHTTPServer does not seem to support HTTPS on the iPhone. It relies on OpenSSL for https, and openssl
isn't available (without compiling it yourself).

So it is no better (or worse) than TouchHTTP.

TouchHTTP works fine on the iPhone and we're working on support for https ON the iPhone too.

No. CocoaHTTPServer uses OpenSSL when compiling for Mac, and CommonCrypto when compiling for iPhone.
Furthermore, it uses CFSocket/CFReadStream to support HTTPS via TLS/SSL.

CocoaHTTPServer DOES support HTTPS on the iPhone. It has for quite some time.

It seems these two projects are doing the exact same thing. Why not just work together?
