Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Add #ifdef TOUCHXMLUSETIDY  checks on CTidy to prevent errors when compiling without libtidy 
installed. Moreover, if there's no define the code shouldn't be included.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
The patch attached. :)

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk?
