If torrentexpander fails to retrive imdb url, NMT Jukebox will also try to scrape imdb site and it waste a lot of time because it have no chances to do it well. (our scraper is better!) It may get wrong title. Avoiding this problem we have to put an empty file inside film/series folder, named: '.no_all.nmj'. I'm sure that this help a lot NMJ users. NOW we are in official CSI repo.

Thanks, but i think we need a variable to enable/disable this future. Maybe $prevent_nmj_scan

Based on my experience, there is no way NMJ will find the movie on IMBD if our parser fails. This is why your idea is so great. .no_all.nmj is not a perfect solution, because the movie won't show up in NMJ Are there NFO properties that would allow us to define movie title, add a dummy "Poster is not available" poster, so that the movie will show up in NMJ ? I haven't found an answer on the popcorn hour forums Thanks

1) Variable is intended to use on not-NMT-device. Debian users dislike empty system file. fully-automated variable is a good idea, but... 2) At same time, NMJ has no chances to do it. But, in the future, maybe imdb add movie info that wasn't before. 3) 'NMJ supports currently only a very simple nfo file'.. If a movies has only .nfo, then NMJ will (search & fails, ) show it without a cover. We couldn't say 'Don't try to search a cover'. The only way to do this is manually update nmj_database, but it's too difficoult, i think.
