Recent versions of txp allows you to define a pre_publish_script that is executed before publish.php. This is useful for jpcache and others.
This patch to sites/site1/public/index.php brings this feature to multi-site install.
I think that the README file for Multi-site must indicate that this file must be replaced on every site when upgrading.
