| Issue 2: | Bring pseudo-JIT to trunk | |

The pseudo-JIT implements instructions as pointers to (templated) functions. Initially each function is just a "Compiler" which runs when the instruction is executed, this in turn looks up the real instruction and saves it for later use as well as executes it. This implementation is still reasonably platform neutral.
