- Set up team website
- established team information, license, and assignment pages
- Decided each assignment's Project Manager

- Finished "Problem Description" part of the Vision and Scope Document
- determined the project background, stakeholders, users, risks, and assumptions
- Brainstormed for target users and possible themes on which to base the software
- identified preschool children and teachers as potential users
- central theme was decided to be "Sesame Street"

- change state diagram -- looks more like a context map than a state diagram
- add individual buddies to UML diagram (even if they are blank)
