When exporting source code with non utf8 characters, then we cannot do a fileIn.
We need to write the stream with a text converter.

- Now we currently write and read source code in streams using the correct text converters. This allows us to write and read all type of source code including those with non-utf characters.
- Now to export the source code, we first use an internal (in memory) stream. At the end, we write it to the original source stream using the text convererts. Therefore, the FLBufferedWriteStream doesn't make sense anymore
