Issue 27: Girafplace does not respond when updating list of application

1. Disable internet
2. Open girafplace
3. The "update of app list" does not respond

Resolved. The client will now try establishing a connection and then, on non-confirmation, toast a "no connection" message and return to the launcher.

I am writing for this issue, as well as  issue 26  from other users as I cannot even comment on my primary user:S
