Issue 73: PATCH More meaningfull mailer rescue messages
Status:  Fixed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rename the content node OrderReceipt to something else.
2. Issue an order.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should NOT receive an email (as the content node is with the wrong
name) but the log should say why. An email is not sent and the log just
says FAILED TO SEND THE CONFIRM EMAIL, this phrase is in four places in the
code and you dont know what was tried to execute and what went wrong.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk. Ubuntu 7.10

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem here is just the lack of information about whats happening, as
the Home content node is called "home" I renamed OrderReceipt to
"order_receipt" some time ago and now was trying to figure out why Im not
receiving e-mails (I didn't remembered that I did that).
The exceptions are being treated using rescue statements (maybe to any mail
error don't halt the system) but the information about it is being
discarded and theres a possibility to pass a nil value to the mailer as the
content node name can be changed using the administrative interface.
