What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The <div id="global_nav"> in the admin subsite currently has a css rule of
the following:

#global_nav {
  float:right;
  font-size:12px;
  margin-right:20px !important;
  margin-top:30px;
  text-align:right;
}

This causes it to be lower then I believe desired due to the margin-top, as
seen in the bmp, substruct_30px.bmp. Changing that margin-top to 10px
creates a balanced alignment, like in substruct_10px.bmp

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

substruct_rel_1-0-a2 on XP SP2, Firefox 2.0.0.12
