Issue 166: Can't edit closed orders

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place an order
2. Mark status "SHIPPED" or similar
3. Can't edit order

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Some customers/users of the software insist that they must be able to edit
closed orders to update email addresses and other things like that.

Originally the decision was made NOT to allow finished orders to be edited
to preserve data integrity of the system.

We should probably make this a preference.
