Why is substruct using Rails 2.1 when 2.3 has been out for over a year.

(Also Rails 3 should be coming out soon.)

Because it's a side project for me and I haven't updated it.

Substruct relies on Rails Engines, which requires a serious upgrade and changes when moving to Rails 2.3. The 
move is not a trivial one.

Upgraded to Rails 2.3.8 with revision 273.
