| Issue 196: | Projects Tab Broken | |
| 1 person starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Log in to admin 2. Click Projects Tab What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected to be able to edit my site. Instead I got "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I don't know, it's hosted by hostingrails.com Please provide any additional information below. I've been patient... This has been happening for months now, and the "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." is obviously BS, seeing as no one has fixed it yet.

Also - perhaps you're referring to the "ProDUCTS" tab? If there is an issue and you've had a Substruct site installed you need to talk to whoever installed it for you. That notification doesn't go to "us" (the substruct team).

Well, I could be a complete moron...or I could have followed the "Online Help" link to get to this website... As for it really being "Substruct", it says "SUBSTRUCT" at the top of it, so yes, I am quite sure it's Substruct, not Cashboard. As for the "Projects" tab, which I can see FOUR tabs to the RIGHT of the "ProDUCTS" tab, maybe it's all the LSD, but let's see if these two screen shots shed some light on the situation.

Why is this issue closed? It is clearly not fixed.

@Bigdogcobra You have a custom Substruct installation where someone has added a "Projects" tab. You need to speak with whoever set up the site for you. We can't help you with this particular issue here, as your feature isn't included in the standard Substruct distribution. This forum is intended for logging issues with the standard distribution. Make sense?

I see... As far as I was told it was done by the company it was bought from. Well, either way, thanks. Peace! |
