What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Run a successful Authorize.net transaction 2. Look at the order.auth_transaction_id field What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Transaction ID should be stored. None is given. Looks like we might not be getting it back from ActiveMerchant properly?
