Since the news items are not up-to-date I'm going to temporarily remove the
"In The News" block that appears on the right-hand-side of all pages. We
can consider putting it back or replacing it with something similar when
the "Be Informed" section is reworked by Rebecca. I'm going to move the
"Did you know?" block to the left-hand-side below the menu, which will give
more space to the main page content and generally un-clutter the websites.
Is there any reason anyone can think of that this would be a bad idea?

I think the 'Did you Know' box might as well be removed from the LHS completely for
now. The idea was that it would eventually rotate between different interesting
facts, but at the moment it just says 'The Oxford Hub is etc...' which has always
been a bit pointless!

Looks better without 'In the News' definitely - but longterm I agree we should get it
back somehow. I like the way it frames the page, and think it could eventually have
some good content...

Note for the future: If we put any block back on the RHS then we need to resize the
image on the Get Involved main page.
