Issue 323: "Scheduled" and "Bill Summary" tabs on Attendance and Missed Days reports not showing anything

The Scheduled tab is not showing scheduled make up days that have not occurred yet. If I understand it correctly, that is what is supposed to be there?

The Bill Summary is also not showing anything. This should be unbilled fees, correct?

Both instances are attached. Names and workteams were removed for data privacy.
