The DOL Report has 3 information columns: Total visits, DOL visits (in specified dates) and DOL visits in Active Year No one can remember what Total visits are: Are they total visits since company became a client? If so, please label the column as such No one can remember what DOL visits (in specified dates) are: Since the report is a standard report, there are no "specified dates". Is this total DOL visits in the active year? I think the data columns should be: 1. Total Visits since company became a client 2. Number of Visits in current school year 3. DOL visit in active year? (This should be a column with "yes" or "no" for each client) thanks! 4. Date of last DOL visit And of course Work team, CRA
