Currently work teams have "Pickup location". This should be used primarily for pickup attendance. A new field called Travel Group should be made. In reports the user can choose a day in either pickup or travel group.

Please comment on naming, not sure if this is the best and most generic.

So under the category "Travel Group" We would like to have two fields:
"Morning Drop Off" and "Afternoon Pick Up" with the allowance that some kids
will be in different drop off as pick up.
Also, If you could create a field on under the students that shows whether
they need a Metro Card. It would be most helpful to have this on the spread
sheet as well. Category: "Metro Card Needed" with a box for "yes"
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
Thanks a ton
Anne

Is the current "Pickup location" the morning or afternoon? By the word pickup I assume it should be afternoon. We could then add a "Travel Group" field for morning?

Both would use the name dropdown list?

Yes you are correct with all of this. The "pick up" currently refers to both morning and afternoon but now want or to be exclusively for afternoon. Drop off would be for morning. Travel teams is fine as well

Ok all I really did is this

if pickup == True:
  students = StudentWorker.objects.filter(day=day[1], placement__pickup_location__location=pickup).filter(inactive=False)
else:
  students = StudentWorker.objects.filter(day=day[1], placement__dropoff_location__location=pickup).filter(inactive=False)

If this is good please mark this as Fixed. It will be live Monday.
