(1) "Template based report" and "Grade Aggregate" should appear more distinct. I thought Submit at the bottom was for both of them. Some space, a <hr />, or larger type for "Template based report" and "Grade aggregate" would be nice.

(2) What's the relationship between the Template dropdown and the Report Card and Transcript buttons?
a. Will users always have to repeat themselves by picking the Transcript template and then clicking Transcript? Same for RC.
b. If I make a grade report template that's neither a transcript nor RC, which button do I press?
c. Picking the Transcript template and clicking Report Card makes seriously broken output, but there's no error until Appy. I would be angry if I made this mistake while running a report for the entire school and didn't get the error until 10 minutes later.

1) Formset border css died, will reintroduce.

2) I've been thinking about this forever. The two buttons exists because it determines if SWORD fetches the relevant data from sql. Note it prefetches BEFORE the template. In some cases appy would dynamically gather data for example student.fname would only get the student data if called at least once. There is no student.get_grade_mp1_2010 function. This data is gathered ahead of time because it's too complicated to place in a template. But we don't want to gather data we don't need as it's VERY time consuming. Thus the split between report card and transcript and even general student report.

One solution that simplifies things, but doesn't address your particular issue is to specify on the template if it should be used in grade templates, cwsp templates, and general templates. Boolean values for each. Then the dropdown would only show a few relevant templates instead of all of them. What do you think of this? Does it make it good enough? Is there any better way?
