We should ignore (or move and ignore) the example*.html files

We should wait to figure out the new name we want to use for this library because once we register a name to bower we can't unregister it. |

With this we can start publishing to bower. We need to start using version control though with tags for both bower and npm. @inexorabletash is version 0.0.0 good to start out with here?
