Please forgive me if im not suppose to add feature requests here. Could you add beejive support please? With Backgrounder making Beejive truly useful, only thing needed now is statusbar notifications ;) Thanks in advance. We truly appreciate your work! :D

Thanks for the plist. I've added this feature to 0.2.8 (not released yet). Beejive is in SMS category (maybe in the future there will be a seperate IM icon). So if Beejive icon has a red circle with a number on it, there will be a SMS icon on status bar. Please confirm that your Beejive icon has red circle on it with a number, when you have unread message! Thanks!

I will confirm for him... as I am looking forward to it having BeeJive Support. If BeeJive has an unread message there IS a red badge on the springboard icon. Thank you!

Yep. Badge on icon when unread messages. :)

Is updated in the background or only when you run the application?

Not sure what you mean, but with Backgrounder enabled the badge is updated with number of unread messages when your at the springboard. If you get an IM while at at the springboard or an other application the number in the badge increases. But this will of course not happen if you dont have Backgrounder enabled. Without Backgrounder enabled it will not update (since its not running). Although if you exit the application (with or without Backgrounder enabled) it will still display number of unread messages. The badge clears when you have read your messages. Not sure if i was of any help though...

Yes , I needed exactly this information. Status bar will be updates in real-time only if Backgrounder is enabled. Thanks!
