Price too high

Mr, Customer, please understand that the money that you are paying today is not for one time support, it is for unlimited number of incidents in a year. Let me do some comparison for you - if you take this to a local technician they may charge you anything between $99 to $299 to fix one issue. And if you have multiple issues, you may end up paying more than the cost of our subscription.

No Money/CC/DC

Mr. Customer, I understand that you do not have a debit/credit card handy to make a payment at this point of time. Is it possible for you to arrange a debit/credit card from any of your family members or friends?

If customer says "Yes"- Offer a three way call.

If customer says "NO" – Is it possible for you to visit the nearest Wal-Mart store and get a pre-paid visa card. I would personally go ahead and give you a call back and in this meantime you can get the pre-paid visa card and use it for making the payment

Looking for Free Support
