Skylon is a configurable auto-responder for Skype. It runs alongside the Skype application and responds to chat messages on behalf of the user. The rules engine contains a set of pre-defined behaviors, each of which can be customized by the end user.

Skylon is currently written in Java and uses the Skype API for Java wrapper available at: http://sourceforge.jp/cvs/view/skype/
