Since the latest makefile changes, an external libexpat
(/Contents/Frameworks/libexpat.0.1.0.dylib) is built into ShakesPeer. I am
not sure if this is a problem, but it's different than before. Feel free to
close this issue if everything is in order.

I checked my test release build (the one that was created when I tried to repro issue #53):

$ find ShakesPeer.app/ -iname 'expat'
$

Can you see if you can still repro issue #53 and this one on a clean tree? Also is
this in a release build or debug build, and which OS version?
