WebDriver has bindings for logging in Java, but not in C#. Would it be possible to implement
them?

Example of Java bindings for logging: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18261338/get-chromes-console-log
Wiki page about Logging: http://code.google.com/p/selenium/wiki/Logging

Selenium version: 2.37.0
OS: All
Browser: Chrome
Browser version: 31.0.1650.63 m

Hi

I have had a go writing a patch for the logging binding, but i am not sure how to submit
my change, i read that i could put the patch in the issue and it would be reviewed,
please tell me if this is wrong and what is a better way

Thanks
Carl

Hi

I just wanted to ask, whether there is a time schedule, when Carls patch will be included
in an official release. We really need this feature.

Thanks a lot!
Nicolas

Approaching a year now since this was raised, with Carl's patch having sat there for
6 months now. Can we please have an update?

According to Simon Stewart, neither the local-side API (the API in the language bindings)
nor the remote-side SPI (the JSON Wire Protocol pieces) are at the level of design
that he considers acceptable, and the client-side API in particular is subject to change,
even in the languages that support it currently. This is why a patch or implementation
hasn't been integrated into the .NET bindings yet. There is still design work to be
done before an implementation, any implementation, can be considered for inclusion
in the bindings.

Can anybody please rework and share Carl's patch as a RemoteWebDriver extension?

I am also looking forward for this feature in .NET WebDriver and it would be cool to
have RemoteWebdriver extension to handle browser logging isue somehow at this point.
