lib-nsm-server-utils

add:
sudo bash /var/www/squert/.scripts/securityonion_update.sh

change:
line 849ff... echo population ip2c

cd /var/www/squert/.scripts/Ip2c

-> this directory doesnt exist
should be /var/www/squert/.scripts

modify nsm_server_clear so
that it explicitly says that "all" data includes user accounts.
