Issue 86: the fields of the form "creat" do not clear up affter finishing the registration

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Preconditions: we use Google Chrome30.0.1599.101. 

1. click the button "new" 
2. register new student/tacher/course/subject
3. click the button "create"
4. open the form again

Expected result: 

the fields of the form have been cleared 

Actual resilt:

the fields of the form  have not been cleared
