Hi,

Can you add a support for a TableOfContents macro as proposed in the syntax here: http://moinmo.in/HelpOnCreoleSyntax <<TableOfContents(2)>> or there: http://www.wikicreole.org/wiki/Creole1.0?skin=raw [{TableOfContent}] (from my memory, I cannot access the site at this time)?

Think this needs a few code changes and is not very easy to implement.
