Issue 70: Make kinetic work with a time-based movement, not the last touch movement

If the movement between the last touch is tiny (high fps, high mouse event,
high tuio event..), kinetic will don't work.

Better way to do is to base the kinetic on the latest 200 ms. (for example)
Example:

1. 120ms pos=20, 30 * DOWN *
2. 150ms pos=21, 35 * MOVE *
3. 230ms pos=26, 54 * MOVE *
4. 300ms pos=27, 53 * RELEASE *

At release, found the position 200ms in the past (between 2. et 3.).
And use the new position to make acc vector.
