Issue 119: 0.4 won't quit on OSX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run any pymt app with 0.4 on OSX
2. Try to quit
3. See how it fails

Just importing pymt is not a problem. As soon as you actually run an app with runTouchApp, you
can get out of the mainloop with a KeyboardInterrupt (if you're running interactively), but you can't
quit properly. You gotta kill the process.

See this as a demonstration: http://paste.pocoo.org/show/154645/

Actually I think this only happens if PyMT has to quit abnormally. E.g. by a KeyboardInterrupt (which I use most
often in order to quit a program that I started from the CLI). If you just close the window via the window buttons,
it quits fine.
