What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating an MTInnerWindow and adding it to a MTScatterPlane (added into
a MTKinetic) || Or run this sample code: http://paste.pocoo.org/show/179790/
2. Run and click the inner window's control
3. Instead of the control working, an error is encountered:
http://paste.pocoo.org/show/179776/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window must close, but the program errors out while converting coordinates

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4 on ArchLinux x86_64 with Python 2.6.4, with Mouse for input

Please provide any additional information below.
 Issue 177 may be related?

A patch I use to circumvent the issue - not sure if its valid since I don't know
kinetic's internals yet.

'print self' before this line helps knowing that the error is triggered once the call
comes to the parent-est mtwidget object (which should technically have its parent as
the mtwindow, but does not?)
