What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Add transport to you roster in Psi; 2. Register; 3. Wait for Authorization requests (they come several times a day). 4. Click "vCard" for each. Requesting of details for some of the UINs will load to long, without any result in the end. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I need to know who is requesting my authorization. If there are no details, I need to know there are no details because user don't have then, or because Psi cannot retrieve them. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Psi v0.14; Fedora linux. Please provide any additional information below. Main account: jabber.ru Transport @ icq.jabbers.org.ru

Can the transport sent a "fake" vCard back to the client, when something like that happens? For example, with "Daily vCard limit has been reached for your IP" in the vCard's "Name" field. Note: suggesting using of a legacy vCard field for problems reporting just because I'm not sure if there is a common and standardized way to report errors. If there is latter, it's better to use it, off cause. |
