Apparently same error, while using instead of icq2go clients like Smaper Java and
Jimm... Apparently it can't decode CP-1251 messages, only UTF-8... Tested on
MirandaIM (latest from dev) and Talkonaut
Example of a such service: icq.gajim.org

icq.gajim.org placed not in Russia and have different from 'cp1251' system encoding.
If your contact don't supports Unicode messages then he can't read cyrillic messages
from this transport.

The same situation with the latest stable miranda version 0.8.9 and current icq2go.
Cyrillic messages from miranda couldn't be seen in icq2go - encoding is wrong,
vice-versa - everything's fine.
Using official login.icq.com server, ANSI -> Unicode translation set to Cyrillic (or
to System default - neither helps), so everything seems to be standard.
