What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to jabber, icq-transport and icq-contacts are online
2. run /etc/init.d/pyicqt reload, which basically sends a sighup to pyicqt
3. Re-login to jabber, icq-transport and icq-contacts are offline
4. run /etc/init.d/pyicqt restart, icq-transport and contacts become
online again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Transport should work after reload.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Debian GNU/Linux
