Issue 13: Enhnanced bookmark files handling
Project Member Reported by octavian...@gmail.com, Apr 17, 2013
Bookmark files in Windows Explorer

Add Shell context menu entry:

1. Edit Bookmarks - action in loading the bookmark target file in ProTONE Player, start playback and then open the Bookmark Manager dialog.

3. Double click action: same as the context menu entry.

3. Orphan bookmark files (files for which the target media file is missing) are still recognized by Windows Explorer as "ProTONE Bookmark File" but with a distinctive icon - if double clicked or launched via shell entry the user must be prompted with an option to delete them;
