Issue 10: Customizable playlist entry descriptions
Project Member Reported by octavian...@gmail.com, Apr 17, 2013
It should be possible to customize the descriptions shown in ProTONE Player playlist.

The user can user the pre-defined formats or he can define his own. These formats are based on playlist entry metadata (same fields as those used of ID3 Wizard, e.g. <A> = Artist, <T> = Title, <#> = track number etc.

The algorithm is like this:

1. when metadata is available and metadata format is defined => format description using metadata + metadata format
2. when metadata is not available and file name format is defined => format description using file name + file name format
3. if none of the above is applicable display file name

The above mentioned formats are customizable via the app settings. A new tab is required - "Miscellaneous"

Issues with build 1.9.22:

1. When no formatting options are selected the app should show the times and the file names. Now it displays just the time.

2. When set to use metadata and w/o any option to parse file names for the files that dont' have metadata (eg video files), these ones are listed just with the time. When hovering with the mouse an exception is generated.

3. When set to not use metadata and parse just file names, if the file name format does not comply with the expected format string and the playlist format is not the same as the expected file format, the file is listed just with the time and tooltips are not availale.

Example: file name is kPgwhTFvz55BkOzHLCab.mp3
Don't use metadata
Expected file name format: <#> <A> - <T>
Playlist format: <A> - <T>

this should result in showing the entry as kPgwhTFvz55BkOzHLCab.mp3; now app does not show anything
