currently the gameview uses canvas and slow canvas at that (lines). Should change to WebGL

Once in WebGL should consider adding a bloom effect and various particles (can use particle system in tdl)

I started doing this and once I got it working I found that WebGL in Chrome stable is not nearly as smooth as canvas :-(  At least not on Windows.

So, I changed it to have 2 renders for now.

So this is working now.

I added persistence. Not sure it looks good. I suppose we should add an issue for "glow" and/or some background effects.
