I've checked this file with desktop WinDJVU - all pages after 172 aren't shown, but WinDJVU shows pages before 172 correctly. It is good idea to implement behaviour like in WinDJVU - to provide possibility to read pages before error.

I checked one in WinDjvu as well as in PocketDjvu. Yes, PocketDjvu has a problems with error recovering after reading page 172. But I can read successfully at least several tens pages before corrupted page. So I think it's better to use correct file in any way.
