Issue 60: Show the full method signature on hover
Project Member Reported by nels.bec...@gmail.com, Dec 11, 2008
When hovering over a transition in the state diagram, we'd like to show the
full signature of that method, since there may be multiple overloadings.

This is kind of an optional task.

This is even more optional:
It would rule if you could click on the method and have that take you to
the file. This is definitely possible to do given an IMethodBinding, but I
don't exactly know the steps involved.

After inspecting the classes involved in producing the Tooltip (hover text) for
transitions, it seems that the only way to directly control what text is displayed is
to substitute our own class for one of the uniMod Figure classes. This is the same
problem encountered when trying to implement state dimensions.

-Subclass transition edit part
-override createFigure
-call super.createFigure
-Then call fig.getLabelFigure().setToolTip(...) and provide our own, cooler tool tip.

Transitions now show a brief method signature on hover. I need someone to verify
that formatting is ok.
