Issue 31: where function doesn't allow same field to be specified twice
Reported by msando...@drjays.com, Jul 29, 2009
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If you try to specify a field name twice in the parameters passed into
the 'where' function, it will only use the last.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In order to use the 'where' function to get records in a given range you
need to specify the field name twice. It will not allow you too.

Still working on this, but the trunk version I just checked in provides the BETWEEN
operator, which should get you by for now.
