This project has been going on for almost five years. The purpose was to make an easy to use robot operating system. The robot operating system has a vocal, vision, core and app engine built in. The generic robot app allows the ROS to be interactive, but the apps adds more on the functionality. The ROS can communicate to any USB based micro-controllers and work well with hardware overall. The software is not open source nor free so ignore the license on the left that google code has. This page is just used for bug reporting and a nice way to keep track on issues to fix, thank you!. |
