Issue 10: Impossible to change the translation of the OTWdb once it's done the first time

I use Firefox version 2.0.0.12.

When logged on a translator identity ('translator' or 'otw translator') the
option to 'translate' selected parts of the page appears in in the middle
of the top of the page, next to 'See Jobs'.

When selected, a list of words and phrases appear. It's in two columns, the
left one is the original string of words in English under the header of
'Base language' (now when selected in Spanish, 'Lenguaje base') and in the
right there is a space next to each string under the header of
'translation' (now, when selected in Spanish, 'Traducción'). Those spaces
show the text 'no translation' until selected. If selected (by mouse click
on top) a small window pops up, that has a space to write the translation
and an 'ok' button. Next to it, there is the option to 'cancel' it.

When checking how this worked, I translated a bit and made a mistake.
Having erased the original 'no translation' I rewrote it and 'ok'eyed
it(because I intended not to translate it, given that I was doubtful on how
to do it) thinking that it would reset it to show the option in English
even on the Spanish version of the website (as it did before I touched it).
No such luck, it showed the text 'no translation' instead of the original
string ('Match'). I tried to change the string to several options
(including several valid Spanish translations, and the word 'Match'), but
it's stuck on 'no translation'.

I've tried logging out and in, and both translator identities.

Since then I've tried changing several others as well, without success.

Many thanks,
hele.

In testing this, I edited "Description" in Polish, saved it, then went into edit mode
again to delete what I had entered (to see if that reverted to "no translation". It
allowed me to do that, but now the box where "no translation" had been has
disappeared, the field is not labelled when viewing a job description in Polish, and
I am not able to access edit mode for Description again at all under Polish.

Seeing that I'd not tested for this, I went back and tried it.

I went back and erased the Spanish translation of an edited string ('Match' again).

I went to the 'See Jobs' to see if the string had changed (it's the one above the
drop down menu to choose between 'any' and 'all' habilities), and it's not (it still
says 'no translation').

I went back to edit the translation and clicked into the thin white strip that's the
only part left from the translation box. The translation box pops up for me and I'm
able to enter a valid translation again and click 'ok', but when I go back to see
what shows in the corresponding place in the page (clicking 'See Jobs' again, and
so), it still says 'no translation'.

After this I'm still able of entering the translation page and clicking in all the
translation boxes, including the one used to test this.

I'm still using Windows XP and Mozilla Firefox version 2.0.0.12.
