Here is the progress I've made in repainting the labels. It's 75% done, I'm 
just posting it here because 1) if something were to happen to my computer, I 
won't lose all my work and 2) if someone who actually speaks good Spanish is 
actually here, they can report errors.

Thanks for the effort. I plan to release some skirmish-data changes next Monday.

Super! I'll see if I can bundle up some fixes/enhancements and will release it 
tomorrow. If there is something wrong, I'm sure we get complaints as usual.

Where can I access the launcher text files? I want to translate it to Russian 
and Spanish because that would be another issue solved (at least, solved more 
easily than translating the whole labels file, that comes later)
