Game version: 0.95.161

In the attached save, accepting the money request by the Morgath should about 
have these effects:
-Some improvement of the relation to Morgath
-The money should be removed from own money storage
-and added to the Morgath's ones.
Instead, it is added to own money only.

+1 for accept/decline buttons. ;) I was wondering what's up, so it was just a 
bug. But the diplomacy system seems to cry out loud for improvements still.

Thanks. I misinterpreted that action and thought the player is given some 
money; actually, aliens ask for money from you.
