First Garthog invasion mission not considered successfull #797

Game version: 0.95.152

...under the condition that the fleet is repelled using the planetary
ion cannons *and* not all of the Garthog ships are destroyed.
Supposedly - it happened for the first time for me (both the error and
this particular battle outcome);
the remaining ships already had disappeared and the mission was still open, so 
I assume something went wrong. It may also have been just by chance - I assume 
you can reproduce the depicted battle outcome deterministically.
