What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Repair a unit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The unit should be immobilized for the day during which it is repaired.
This specification is not clear. If you move a unit onto a structure and
decide to repair it should it be immobilized for the rest of this turn, or
also during all of next turn? The unit is currently not immobilized at all.
