Issue 365: Background not filling the entire screen in IE
Status:  Fixed
Owner: ----
Closed:  Apr 2010
Reported by Neil.Bre...@gmail.com, Oct 28, 2009
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't really. This is on an intranet.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the dark background to completely fill the screen. In Firefox it
does, in IE(8), it doesn't. See attached screenshot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest, got it today. Using XP Pro and IE8.

Please provide any additional information below.

Could you show me what's the doctype of the page?
And more, is your doctype set on the very first line of the HTML source?

I am sooooooooooo sad ! this doctype does not solve the problem . in IE the appearing window crosses the maincontent (z-index things) and the modal background is a lineshap above the page , not an entire page filling. i work with the 1.6 version is allright, but of course i liked to change to new 2.0 version with lots of extra features BUT IT IS NOT WORKING in IE
